Why do these kinds of things never ever happen when I’m around?...................

At the fort where I was working in the latter part of my career, it was rumored/observed that a woman soldier was prone to running early in the morning prior to scheduled PT hours, on the back roadways at the fort. She, in trying to control heat during the summer, was running topless. I can remember driving in early and outside the east gate on the back road I passed her. And sure enough, the rumors were true.
