Besides the quirky areas that don’t use DST, you have other quirky areas with oddball time zones. Little known factoid: the only state where you change time zones when traveling in a NORTH-SOUTH direction is Idaho. The northern timber part of the state is on Pacific time. The agrarian southern part of the state is on Mountain time.
