Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell has endorsed Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential race.
"It is abundantly clear that former President Trump has earned the requisite support of Republican voters to be our nominee for President of the United States," McConnell said in a statement Wednesday, just after Nikki Haley exited the race

hehehe, he can barely support himself...
Backstabbing turtle! We don’t need your stinking endorsement. We can do it without you. You are irrelevant.
Kissing the ring while sharpening the knife.
This is the same swamp critter that in 2020 put in the official congressional record that Trump should go to prison

Yep McConnell isn’t fooling nearly as many people today as in years past. Too bad he’s not leaving the Senate at this very minute.
Talk is cheap.
Never trust a career politician. None of ‘em. Frankly, my respect for Tulsi Gabbard has increased as of late. She was the one person on stage during the 2016 democratic debates that worried me against the Republicans. But the more I see her lately, the more she seems at least aware of the lunacy of the left. I wouldn’t call her fully conservative, but she has some strong conservative beliefs, kinda like this kid:

He’s not leaving the senate at all, just stepping down as leader.
You think we were gonna get rid of that pos THAT easily? Lol!
Not bloody likely
IMO, he and the GOPe were hoping NIKKI would pull in enough delegate votes, when combined with DEM delegate votes, would prevent TRUMP from being President.
Too Big to Fail strategy works!!!
Mitch will hold Trump up by that knife in his back.
Mitch ☢️
PHEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! What a relief!!!
i was worried that Trump might not win if the turtle didn’t support him /s
Now McConnell should stop pussyfooting with Schumer...and get HR2 passed.
Keep going, Mitch, you might make it to the sea yet...
“He’s doing the right thing at the right point in time.”
The larger question to me is, is he sincere and doing it for the right reasons.
I’m surprised he didn’t endorse Biden.

“No matter what...He’s doing the right thing at the right point in time.”
Agree.
There is no insincerity or wrong reason.....by the mere fact that he did it. He’s still 100% Republican.
You can be sure he will be privately trying to get people to not vote for Trump.
