The Biden Administration’s Creative Rule-Breaking To Destroy The Border

What most people don’t realize is that the administration has created an illegitimate system by which all the people entering here illegally suddenly aren’t illegal at all.

Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Mayorkas opines that America’s immigration crisis is an outcome of a “system” that has been broken for thirty years. An honest Mayorkas would take ownership of a crisis three years in the making. He would say that, by leveraging a record-breaking 535 immigration actions, we are giving millions of, at best, loosely vetted, mostly non-English speaking “twilight” immigrants a pathway to citizenship, with no pesky conditions like good moral character, self-reliance, adopting American values, speaking English, or obeying the law. It wasn’t always this way.

It’s true that, from the 1960s through the 1980s, Democrats loosened immigration restrictions to encourage future Democratic voters to enter. However, in the 1990s, the United States stopped bowing to the UN’s dictates on who to accept as refugees. It’s also when Bill Clinton authorized doubling down on protecting the southern border, making it harder to claim asylum and easier to deport illegal aliens, along with changing welfare eligibility for legal immigrants from one day to five years.

Since 2021, though, Mayorkas has been reversing these controls to align US refugee policies more closely with UN dictates that effectively hold Western nations responsible for the poverty, wars, crime, and diseases arising under the despotic regimes of the global south. This includes blocking the construction of the border wall because we are “a nation of immigrants,” making it possible for almost anyone to claim asylum, almost impossible to deport illegal immigrants, and easy for most immigrants to qualify for welfare. These actions help him to fulfill his legacy, “to build safe, lawful, and humane pathways” to citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants already here.

Playing games and calling these people “political refugees” does not make it true. This is a fraud and the people pulling the strings should be prosecuted as such.

We need to cap middle class property and income taxation, with the middle class being defined as persons have income in the range of federal civil servants.

In that way, taxes can be raised to pay for wars and economic recovery by cutting top-end federal pay, which as you can imagine would only happen in cases of genuine need.

As for high income people, those with true skill like doctors could negotiate their taxation. As for lawyers, let the leftist legislators take as much as they want above the middle class top.

“fraud”

ASYLUM APPLICATION

....

DISGORGEMENT CLAUSE

I agree that if my asylum application is fraudulent, that I and all beneficiaries of it related to me by blood, marriage or civil union will have to disgorge all related benefits from the application, including those pertaining to US citizenship, US residency rights & privileges, US employment rights & privileges, US licenses, governmental financial aid, earned and unearned income, and other gains lawful or otherwise as a result of this application.

Prior to the 1951 document, there was agreed a Convention relating to the International Status of Refugees, of 28 October 1933, which dealt with administrative measures such as the issuance of Nansen certificates, refoulement, legal questions, labour conditions, industrial accidents, welfare and relief, education, fiscal regime and exemption from reciprocity, and provided for the creation of committees for refugees.

The Convention was approved at a special United Nations conference on 28 July 1951, and entered into force on 22 April 1954. It was initially limited to protecting European refugees from before 1 January 1951 (after World War II), but states could make a declaration that the provisions would apply to refugees from other places.

The 1967 Protocol removed the time limits and applied to refugees “without any geographic limitation” but declarations previously made by parties to the Convention on geographic scope were grandfathered.

As of 20 January 2020, there were 146 parties to the Convention, and 147 to the Protocol. Madagascar and Saint Kitts and Nevis are parties only to the Convention, while Cape Verde, the United States of America and Venezuela are parties only to the Protocol. Since the US ratified the Protocol in 1968, it undertook a majority of the obligations spelled out in the original 1951 document (Articles 2-34), and Article 1 as amended in the Protocol, as “supreme Law of the Land”.

Is rule breaking anything like law breaking?

The border has been broken.

We need to ‘wall off’ our money via the federal and state constitutions.

All lunatic voters take one step forward to show your face.
