Well, well, well. I ask myself, “How else would God have shown me the error, than to have me forget to put it in?”
The recipe called for olive oil, but, now I am thinking they included oiling the big dough bowl as an “ingredient”. Because: the dough is (2nd) rising better! Higher.
It is still rising so won’t be able to tell for a while, but I am really starting to think this is supposed to be without the oil. Hmmmm!
