I was able to open them on my desktop computer and I have never downloaded telegram.
If you use a cell phone do you have to get an app for it? I don’t know since I don’t use my cell phone for this kind of thing.

Yes I downloaded Apps from App store
If I had a computer, laptop or notebook I’d use them.
A phone for all use is hard but when it’s all you have you just do your best
