When a person has or maintains a false belief or judgment about overt and objective external reality, and holds such views in defiance despite unquestionable authentication to the contrary, clinicians and therapists appropriately describe this as delusion and reflective of some form of mental disorder.
Delusions are beliefs that are plainly untrue and that indicate an abnormality in the affected person’s content of thought.
More problematic is these individuals are positively assured that the delusion is real.

It is completely delusional and madness to teach that a man can become a woman, and that a woman can become a man.
Becoming involved in the Tranny lifestyle and committing to the drugs and surgery of transition is what motivates most trannys to suicide. Especially after taking the drugs and having irreversible surgery

These are a small minority of aggressive confrontational men who get off making others pretend that they are women. They get outsized attention due to their aggression, but are few in numbers.
It’s mostly troubled girls, some perhaps sexually assaulted, who think “this wouldn’t have happened to me if I were a boy” or in lighter cases the “political lesbian” types, who luckily won’t do surgery, but just want to have something special about them.

“Transgender” is not, and never was, a real thing. The clamor for treating it as a reality is much like the “right” of boys to grow hair out into ponytails or braids or manbuns. When the encumbrance of caring for long hair gets to be too much of a burden, back come the GI haircuts, the closely trimmed Mohawks, and the shaved scalps.
Only, when the “trans” movement involves actual mutilations and hormone treatments, which are not reversible, some horribly scarred and disfigured bodies remain, which are also probably seriously very low fertility or barren altogether. Nice job of sterilization of the youth.
Heck, we even have people that are still living in the hippie days of the 1960’s.

It still amazes me that liberals can get away with calling sterilizing children and amputating their breasts and reproductive and sexual organs “gender affirming care.”
The smarter ones among them are already planning how to claim they never supported it.
Several European countries have already banned this practice concerning children. I think the system is different in America, and it will be resolved through lawsuits rather than banning.
It must be a fairly large sample size for the error bars to be that small.
