I disagree. Anyone who follows sports knows that matches are weight based. Or with children also age based.
And I know very little.

She won the state championship for a particular weight class, and for a particular age category.
That’s how they all win.

Not a lot of guys CAN compete at 106 pounds. I weighed 120 in the 9th grade and was one of the smallest guys in a school with 3,000 students.

"The boys don’t hold back at all and I have yet to see a boy sporting wood before, during or after a bout.
Not even one time."
Wrong on both accounts. It's all over youtube. The girls are coached to "grab" the boys "genitalia". The boys don't grab the girls crotches or breasts.
Analysis of 10 boy-girl fights.(youtube link)
Their parents shouldn't allow their children to do this.

The girls are coached to "grab" the boys "genitalia". So what are men going to do about it? Everyone knows this would be treated as sexual assault if boys did it to girls and rightfully so. Why can't fathers demand the same when the shoe is on the other foot?
I know I'm repeating myself, but for how much longer are fathers going to just stand by and allow the school system to abuse their own sons?

Hopefully there’s no such restriction for male on female violence... Or female on male violence?

I wrestled at 98 and 105 class, before moving up to 127. I would break her, like Russian boxer did to Rocky. There is no way she has the strength a young boy at that age does, nor the quickness. This is a fake title, fake matches.

What self-respecting boy would consent to wrestling a girl? What self-respecting father would allow his son to wrestle a girl?
Well I have a 10 year old daughter in Ju Jitsu, she's about to be in a tournament and part of the preparation is going against boys. Even at 10 the boys are bigger, stronger and faster. So it's good for the her to get the experience. However, the bouts last less than a minute as neither of the kids have gone thru puberty yet.
But there are some teen girls with obvious development, have to watch that.

I wrestled, skill only gets you so far. Yes even at states a boy holds back. He muscle density is no where near his, just a few holds would keep her immobilized.
I wrestled kids who were insanely powerful, technique can not overcome everything.

Accomplishment?

A boy should NEVER touch a girl.

A boy should NEVER touch a girl. But it's OK for girls to touch boys, right?

It's an athletic achievement helping to pave the way for girls behind her to dream fearlessly. And Jimenez is hoping her story can inspire others to always chase their dreams. One outlier should not be considered a new norm. It will pave the way for a lot of other girls to get badly injured.
