We will see. They just received a first non-final office action from the USPTO rejecting all claims for anticipation and obviousness.

But pretty much all first office actions reject patent applications. Ultimately, they will probably get a patent allowed if Ford wants it. The question is how narrow or how broad will the allowed claims be.
