He noted that one Trump estimate of the club’s value was 2,300% times the Palm Beach County tax appraiser’s valuations, which ranged from $18 million to $37 million.
Pulitzer said the rock-bottom price for Mar-a-Lago would be $300 million. Thomson said at least $600 million. If uber-billionaires got into a bidding war, they said, a sale of a billion dollars or more would be possible.
The much smaller Palm Beach compound once owned by the Kennedy political dynasty sold for $70 million three years ago.

The judge and prosecutor need to say that this is a one off just for Trump.
Then explain as long as they pay the right people they can do business in New York.

$1 billion may be far-fetched, but the $18 million valuation put on Mar-A-Lago by Judge Pedoface and Woke Female Jihadi James is absolutely absurd.
A friend in real estate just listed a large, 6 bedroom house, on the beach in SW Florida (Sanibel), on about .75 acres, for $14 million. Its nowhere in even close in the range of location, size, history, acreage, desirability to Mar-A-Lago

I don’t know a lot about Real Estate but I do know that a key figure is the value of nearby properties and the values I’ve heard about Mar-a-Lago’s neighborhoods (smaller places) is in the hundreds of millions. I’m inclined to side more with Trump although the only way to answer the question is to get a group of Real Estate pro’s who are familiar with the area to agree on a figure.
Would it have made a difference to this judge who obviously knows it's worth more than 18mm?

As a case in point, in 2015 John Lennon's 1962 J-160E Gibson acoustic guitar was sold at an auction in Beverly Hills, California for $2.41 million. The catalog price for that guitar in 1964 was $219.50 and the current value of one in excellent condition is $4,000.
If I had owned that guitar in 2015 and chose not to auction it and instead used it as collateral for a loan claiming a value of $2.5 million, would Letitia James sue me because the real value of the guitar is $4,000? Does John Lennon's "brand" add $2 million to the value of the guitar?

Who gave a lardass affirmative action Attorney General the right to determine the value of property? And who gave that same lardass the right to tell anybody how much they are allowed to pay for it? It would've made no difference. The outcome of this case was decided the moment it was filed.
