Don’t the Icelanders and Norskies have a fish dish that requires the fish to be pretty much rotten before it’s ready to eat? Never heard whether anyone actually claimed the fish? And fish soup should have been pretty nose-detectable when it boarded? I’m guessing there’s an updated recipe that requires at least 4 Atlantic crossings in the overhead before it’s ready to eat? Clever, those norskies.
