1) A very good step. A New York state appeals court struck down a law that would let non-citizens vote as unconstitutional.
2) And another potentially huge ruling saying that “selective enforcement” and prosecution of “right wing” groups but not left wing groups is “constitutionally impermissible’ and dismissed charges against right-wingers who got into a fight with fascist Antifa.
3) And still yet another one! A Kollyfornia judge has blocked the state from suing makers of “abnormally dangerous guns.”
4) And another very good sign: Lara Trump vows the largest ever ballot harvesting op if elected co-chair. Gotta say, I liked her choice from the get go.
5) Bring out Russell Case from “Independence Day.” (”I been sayin’ it and sayin’ it. Ain’t I been sayin’ it?”): Trump beats Gruesome Newsom and Kampuchea Harris WORSE than he beats Rutabaga. Notice they don’t even bother to poll Big Mike because he loses worse than they do.

23) From my favorite lib, Noah Smith, the good news with Japan is its stock market is booming and its manufacturing is again growing, plus there is almost no inflation. The bad news? For the first time Japan had to import 1.6 million foreign employees. Now they’ll start to experience the same problems as Europe and America.
24) And just like that, the Nikkei closed at an all time high.
25) “Desperate for soldiers,” the Ukes plan to expand their draft. I just don’t get it. Just a few months ago the Russkies were losing bad according to Hoax News.
26) Why China’s economy is worse than you think. “A recession is hiding in plain sight.”
27) Whew! That one was close! An asteroid missed earth by a mere 140,000 miles.
28) David Blackmon, the Rush Limbaugh of Energy, notes the climate kooktarts are coming for your cats and dogs now.
IN CHINA VIRUS NEWS

You have missed the whole point of my post. People who risked their careers and maybe their lives to supply Herridge with privileged sensitive information will head for the bushes and Herridge will have difficulty recruiting new productive sources. She may even find her own person in jeopardy.
See how this FBI confidential source that added credibility to the House impeachment enquiry, Smirnov, is now under arrest by the FBI and facing prosecution - ostensibly for perjury... all to discredit the House impeachment project. The 'enemy' is using our treasured offices and institutions to threaten and control us.
CBS has obediently set about to ruin Herridge's life. Under these circumstances, I can't see how backup copies are of any value at all - except maybe by the secret police.

CBS seizes confidential files of fired reporter pursuing Hunter Biden laptop story in ‘unprecedented’ move: sources
The acclaimed CBS reporter who was investigating the Hunter Biden laptop scandal before she was fired last week had her personal files seized by the network in an “unprecedented” move, sources told The Post on Thursday.
Catherine Herridge — who is the middle of a First Amendment case being closely watched by journalists nationwide — was among 20 CBS News staffers let go as part of a larger purge of hundreds of employees at parent company Paramount Global.
Her firing had stunned co-workers, but the network’s decision to hold on to her personal materials, along with her work laptop where she may have other confidential info, has left many staffers shaken, according to insiders.
“It’s so extraordinary,” a source familiar with the situation told The Post, noting that the files — which are presumptively now the property of CBS News — most likely contain confidential material from Herridge’s stints at both Fox and CBS.
The source said the network boxed up all her personal belongings except for Herridge’s notes and files and informed her that it would decide what — if anything — would be returned to her.
“They never seize documents [when you’re let go],” a second source close to the network said. “They want to see what damaging documents she has.”
