For once, I would like to have a Congressperson say very calmly and matter of factly on the floor: " if that is how you will continue to conduct yourself, I will beat you into a bloody pulp, and those who follow in stead, where the stains will remain for the next century to remind others that this is not the place to act like an uncouth savage.
