Well you can bet that Tucker was not allowed to visit or view those “not so nice parts of the city” there. And Tucker damned well knows it. He is pandering.
My daughter and her husband spent 4 months in Moscow teaching English. Horrible conditions. The nice areas are very nice, and very expensive. Outside of that, not so good.
American cities are an embarrassment compared with any I’ve been in, besides those in impoverished third world countries. And most of those compare well. Two specific reasons. Politics and the demographic clustered within them which spawns and perpetuates the politics.
The Japanese cities are also very orderly and clean.
