Vivek says the right things, appears to have the right attitude. I have no idea what he is really qualified for, hopefully the people responsible make a sober decision.
So perhaps Trump will find a place for him on his team, but that might not be VP.
I would hope Trump would pick someone with significant executive experience of some kind. Governor fits, but it could be some other kind of executive experience.
The odds of a VP becoming prez are not small, so he should pick someone who could govern well. I would say this no matter who was president. A whole lot of presidents left office before their term was over.
