Back in the olden days a tribesman would go out to an isolated place and starve himself till he got his hallucination, a “vision”. From this he got his name, sacred animal totem and other religious items for his “medicine bag.”
Then they found the White Man had all the visions they needed stored in bottles. For a few skins they could have all the visions they wanted.
Now they must be finding their visions in a pill from China.
They should stick with peyote, tiswin, and mescal and stay away from white mans’ rotgut.😀
