Yes, according to the ‘Morning Joe’ mentality if a person cooperates that’s all the matters. So if a thief robs a bank and the cops catch him and he instantrly ‘coorerates’ then he can hand back the loot or keep it BECAUSE THE ONLY CRIME THAT MATTERS IS ‘DID HE COOPERATE’.
