She probably has; but that doesn’t mean she understood them as such or, more importantly, that she understood this whole new ‘thing’ of unnatural usage.

I suspect she has been using pronouns since she learned to speak.

However, the left has redefined the word "pronouns" to mean "subjective signifiers of an individual's chosen sexual fetish" rather than "parts of speech that objectively indicate the biological sex of the human they are referring to."

(At least in English. Several other languages have "gendered" pronouns for inanimate objects and verb tenses; but that was not the issue here.)

I suspect she has been using pronouns since she learned to speak.

But from around 1935, when she learned to speak, until 2024, she had most likely never been asked to state what her "pronouns" were, since in in the pre-woke world in which she grew up and lived most of her life, the pronouns that described her were obvious. That is what likely confused her.
