She’s a bit emotional. But so are a lot of young people. And she has weak college degrees (communication and acting). But she’s out there trying to find honest work. She’s not sitting at home collecting welfare.
At the end, she said she’s going to keep on trying. I respect that, and wish her well.
Oh, and a word of advice for the young lady. Don’t vote Democrat. The economy will never improve as long as they’re in power.

My brother showed up to his first interview at McDonalds wearing a suit. They didn't hire him. I showed up at a dotCom wearing a suit and looked like a right prick surrounded with Gen-Xers in plaid and denim. I didn't get that job either.
Going door to door to a variety of businesses, some hiring minimum wage while others are looking for people with multiple degrees, is not a great strategy. Best to drop by ahead of time to scope out the territory.

And she’s so articulate, huh?

They don’t need you. The migrants you loudly support are here now.

Girl “....has two degrees, one in communications and a BFA in acting”
Two worthless degrees. Communications? Acting? What job could she qualify for?
“This sucks, like, I just want to be a TikToker if i’m being so for real but I can’t be delusional any more, I literally need to make money,”
Wishing for internet riches for doing nothing of importance, can’t speak a sentence without resorting to nothing words such as “like” “I just” “for real” or “literally”, and no claims of prior work experience of any kind and looks down her nose to “minimum wage” jobs.
Sums up her difficulties in finding gainful employment.

I’d advise her how to do it, but she wouldn’t listen.

Holding a “stack” of resumes in her hand on the streets of New York City, Santos felt embarrassed to be rejected in person after asking countless potential employers “Are you guys hiring?” “It’s honestly a little bit embarrassing because I’m literally applying for, like, minimum-wage jobs,” she says. “And some of them are being like, ‘We’re not hiring’ and it’s like, ‘What?’ This is not what I expected.” Didn't anyone ever teach her the importance of tailoring your resume to the job you're trying to get? A one size fits all resume is no good unless you're in a very specific job field.
