25th amendment was a Pelosi contingency. There is no reason at this point, with election season just getting into full swing, for the GOP house to try to invoke 25th amendment. Better to pursue the impeachment route, knowing its all about documenting the crimes, and that the senate will not convict.

GOP can not enact 25th. Has to come from VP and a majority of Biden’s Cabinet.
