Cancer cannot be “cured”. It can only be suppressed or slowed down by surgery or chemo or immunotherapy. When your body has lost ability to recognize cancer cells and kill them, cancer will always come back given enough time. Cancer cells are your own cells with faulty DNA. There is no way to find billions of cancer cells in body by artificial means and kill them.
