Radon: another way for the government and their agents to exert fantastic pressure on home sellers and buyers using invisible means.
Want a home that was worth $4 million before a Radon test, and is now worth almost nothing because you are a few parts per BILLION over the “Radon” limit? Vote Democrat.
Radon has been a thing here in NH as long as I have lived here.
Each one of the three houses I have owned were tested.
The first it was not an issue.
The one I am currently typing from was 10X the limit for both the air and the water.
So, prior to moving in we installed a Bubble Up water treatment machine.
It is about the size of a washing machine.
I also installed an air blower.
Altogether, it was about $5000.

Nothing like a $1,500-$5,000 scam for every home sale.
