Do not just take a teaspoon of cinnamon unless you enjoy coughing your lungs out. In which case, enjoy. Who am I to tell you what to do.
Be careful with high amounts of cinnamon if you have trouble with your liver.

Using cinnamon isn’t new. I read about it quite a while ago. Bought the capsules, and tried it. I ended up getting heartburn from it. Had to stop, because I was already taking two Nexium a day for acid reflux that developed after having given birth to a big baby boy. The flap that closes to keep the stomach acid from coming back up into the esophagus got damaged.

A spoonful of cinnamon helps the sugar go down.

Cinnamon gives me heartburn. I used to put it on toast with sugar and that small amount was tough to take.

To reduce the risk of diabetes, can O just eat three boxes of cinnamon toast crunch every day? Pure cinnamon is hard to eat.

I took cinnamon capsules a few years ago. (This diabetes-cinnamon thing isn’t new.) Blood tests showed no change at all, one way or another.

Teaspoon of cinnamon each day?
Or - one 24 hour fast each week, will completely reset your blood sugar to a safe level for up to three days.
Or - one 24 hour fast every fourth day can permanently reset your blood sugar to a safe level, even if you consume more sugar than usual on your six feeding days.
Sounds like a hunter-gatherer evolutionary issue to me.
For at least 100,000 years, human life was feast or famine, every week.

Itās good for you and itās good when itās mixed in with coffee and itās also good when added to your morning oatmeal, too.
All in all, a great way to start your day!

Eating less meat and more plant-based foods will do the same, as well as exercise and weight loss.
But yeah, pop a pill. That'll fix it.
