It took an election year, however Gov Cox has been on a roll.

I like this. It brings the historical argument front and center. It is the united states, not the United States. The Constitution is a pact between 50 separate governments on how to act with each other. It is not FedGov which oversees its 50 little territories.

The supremacy clause has been abused by those who think this is a federal democracy. It is not and was not ever intended to be.

A bigger fix would be repealing the 17th Amendment swinging the pendulum of power back toward the states.

The feds over used the supremacy clause. The founders did not write a constitution limiting fed authority just to void all of it in one clause. Only a meathead national socialist would argue otherwise. I’m speaking to the pathetic ACLU.

Well, having an old guy in Provo getting blown up by the FBI for ranting on the internet did help a bit.

The MoMo’s in Ootah had to look in the mirror and ask themselves: did they do this to a bunch of Antifa trash in Portland? Nope, they did it to us. Maybe we oughta stiffen up a bit.

Biden’s ‘parolees’ from illegally crossing our borders all need to be sent to the District of Columbia to wait for their trials. This would satisfy the terms of US Constitution Art. IV, Sect 4. It would put a lot of hurt into the Deep State as well. And possibly remove the residents of DC known for their stellar work on juries who might get displaces when the district fills up.

Sheriffs across the nation have already stated they will refuse to enforce anti-gun laws. Utah’s new law moves nullification of illegal federal diktats onto the state level.
