I take the fact that he calls her this as a sign that the Plan, as it continues to evolve, is such that the demoncrats will forced to makes themselves appear 10x more inept, treasonous, psychotic, etc. than they already do. Thus, Trump knows that no one is even going to remember he called Haley this, and even if some people do, many will vote for him despite thinking of him as a bit of an a$$hole because they know he is the only hope to save the country.
