ransomnote: the following is long and involves possibly changing how we think about our personal safety as America's borders are flooded with those who hate America.
In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 01/31/2024 Vol.486, Q Day 2286, Bigg Red wrote:

That is sounding like an urban legend to me. I remember quite a few years ago seeing an email that was being sent around about miscreants spraying drug-laced perfume on unsuspecting women in parking lots....

I was hesitant to post it for that reason.
I recalled a whistleblower who said that the CIA has developed a means of either saturating documents with a toxin or applying it to a doorknob and the person dies shortly after reading the documet/touching the doorknob.

When one of Trump's Secret Service men collapsed in Ireland while he was a his golf club there, I wondered if it was that technique because there was no known threat - a young SS just collapsed and died. Since I believe the whistleblower's statments about the technology, I assumed that SS are trained to guard against POTUS touching anything, and may themselves touch a tainted surface intended to harm POTUS. Maybe they withheld information about that specific incident and that's not what happened, but the toxin threat is something that surfaces in my mind now and then.

The whistleblower said that the CIA reduced the number of sitting  Federal judges in advance of the 2016 election by tainting the documents the judges would handle. When Trump took office, I read that he had an 'unprecedented' number of vacancies to fill. Back then I reasoned that Obama could have filled those positions, but he didn't. Obama saved them for Hillary to fill. She could sell those Federal Judge seats for a tidy profit and would then personally have control/gratitude as she filled an 'unprecedented' number of seats.

I'm not saying the post about 20 dollar bills in parking lots is the work of the CIA, but for about 2 years now I've been seeing warning about parkinglots and tactics used to at least momentarily distract people returning to their cars in parkinglots. The tactics include placing an object that is very visible behind the front driver side wheel. The driver walks up and notices it, bends to move it and when they straighten to stand, they are not alone anymore. The intentions for a variety of these tactics have been attributed to mugging, car jacking.

I finally decided to post this despite its sketchy resemblance to prior urban legends because if someone were to follow the advice to ignore the money, and the warnings are fake, then at worst they are out a windfall $20. If someone is unaware that there may be such a threat and the warning is not an urban legend, but is in fact real, they could endure strong arm robbery, car jacking etc.

As the DOJ dismantles thin blue line, I'm seeing more predation and tactics like this one require no resources to enact (they intend to keep the $20) and rely on 'distract the driver.' In California, we had a cyclist attacked on a biking trail by a cougar that tracked  him and only pounced when he bent down to fix the chain on his bike. You're not in a good self defense position.

I also posted this after learning about drugging victims in foreign countries (South America, Germany, Turkey). I know the name of the drug and how it can be obtained, but I never tell anyone what it is because I don't want white hats inadvertently discussing it with those who might one day use it. The drug is easily obtained and then concentrated.

I believe in hindsight this tactic may explain what I witnessed in the behavior of someone in a foreign country - I talked with what might be a victim who described a situation that COULD be this, and she was horrified that she had little to no memory of the last 2 months while she was collecting wildlife data in rural regions, only working with foreign people and one American man. She thought the American man was kinda creepy, but she really enjoyed her foreign coworkers. She drank tea with them regularly. There were long gaps in her data collection that she couldn't explain.

Victims are usually kept drugged in a mind-is-blank-but-able-to-walk-state and report memory loss.

I recall in the 90's there was a date rape drug (Rohipnol sp?) which did not blank the mind but depending on dose ranged from making someone look drunk or making them pass out.

The foreing tactic sometimes meant the victim was left by the side of the road because the thieves are not medical and don't dose correctly - they keep dosing you if they want to drive your rental car to a location they want to go hundreds of miles away, with you paying for fuel, lodging, food along the way.. They prompt you to run up bills, pay for hotels and leave you when your card maxes out.

a) British man walks into a bar in South America and orders a bottled beverage. When it's delivered the cap is off (server being helpful). He drinks some  of the beverage and begins to feel tired and does'nt like the way a few men have been staring at him intently the whole time. He gets up to walk out of the bar, and three men rise from separate locations in the room, and exit with him. That's all he remembers - when the drug(s) wore off he was hundreds  of miles away, had no passport and had depleted his accounts and cards.

b) American man and buddy on a hiking trip in Turkey. They encounter a quaint village and an elderly woman rushes out with food to share with them in a basket. She presents the food and they thank her and start to leave. She pesters them to eat and they tried to explain they would eat it later. She continues to pester them and finally acts angry while scolding them in a language they don't know while acting offended. They relent and eat the baked goods. Days  later they are each in different locations with no passports and no bank cards or cash

Now that we have so many foreigners flooding our borders, I wonder what robbery/fraud tactics from around the world may be enacted, but not recognized because we don't know the culture.

I doubt the original story I posted was Fentanyl because it's too easy to OD on it. But what about a date rape drug that renders people helpless (it's a veterenarian's tranquilizer) combined with a separate drug to blank the memory.

I think it's too hard to guess what drug or drug combination, what delivery system or debility it causes etc. I think we just have to become vigilant based on principles.

Attentiveness: Where I have lived it was fine to be casual but that was pre-invasion. We probably have to plan more often to travel/shop in pairs or groups. In parkinglots, one or  more need to be looking around as others load the trunk or get in the car. These are more like medieval times where you practice extremes of caution because back then you had to rely on yourself for protection, as there were no police on horseback (those came later when donut shops became popular). :)

Back then, a band of men had a signal (ex. 'ware! arms!) to shout to get everyone on their toes immediately. Like fire drills for families, it could help for families and friends to have an agreed upon signal to say on your guard in a way that means ON YOUR GUARD, ideally without using those words.

I know this sounds extreme but at the very least I think we have to think differently because many of us are in securiy threat situations we are unfamiliar with and unprepared to respond to. It's not just 2A. It's avoiding the situations to get into threat/response mod.

I forget the name of the man whom Trump refers to warmly, who is former military who advises others on personal safety in public. Ah! His first name is Jocko, and he performed a moving patriot's recitation of 1776 speech proclaiming that we the people were now facing unendurable demands for subservience, and we can't just keep bending to those demands.

Anyway, he discussed the fact that while he is trained to physically fight to defend himself (he is massive in size and is special forces expert), he would never chose fight over escape. He said he didn't care if he could WIN a physican fight, because you could still lose your house to the lawsuites that follow.

Jocko walked through a scenario where a person gets on an elevator which ends with attack. He starts with something like, "First of all, why did you get on the elevator in the first place?" and teases apart the details (did those people look safe? if you don't know those people then why get into a small enclosed, hidden-from-public area? Were there stairs instead?"

It made me think that I have gotten into elevators along with people I was unsure about, because I needed to go somewhere and was wearing heels which would make stairs time consuming. Perhaps Jocko might have asked me, "Did you have other choices of footwear that morning knowing you were going to an office building in a sketchy part of San Francisco, and to the 5 floor?"

Practically speaking, we can't always avoid using an elevator - but would simply refuse to get on the elevator, and not take the stairs, but leave or wait patiently for an elevator we trust. Would we cancel our plans to make other, safer arrangements if there was a very modest possibility we could be beaten and robbed if we chose to take the elevator out of efficiency or business urgency instead? Do we need to change banking institutions regardless of our preferred services to a safer location? Is it possible to abandon the savings at a favorite car repair shop for one with fewer security risks? If not, can we go out of our way to identify safer times to visit and travel with others?

Americans have thugs flooding into the country from all over the world with tactics we know nothing about. They need money, and sometimes the use of a car; some want what we have.

It would be nice if we develop our own tactics and strategies they aren't familiar with in response. Sometimes it's just staying away and making other plans. 'Don't be there when 'it' happens.

So I saw this weird little article (original post) and thought it was a fair example. If I find the title of a book I heard about years ago (pre-invasion), made to address this kind of caution/awareness in daily situations for the average person, I'll post it.

There as a guy who used to blog about tactics to use when the SHTF. He lived in South America. I can’t find him now, but I did find this:

I found it!

http://ferfal.blogspot.com/

He has great tips...like carrying a fake wallet that you can throw far away from you if you are getting mugged. The perps will run to the fake wallet and you can get away.

DH may have the book you refer to; I can’t remember the exact title. He’s going to look for it tomorrow. Something like “What to do when civilization breaks down.” Very detailed. Authors had excellent credentials.
