Constitutionally, Biden is POTUS.
His electors were confirmed by Congress and the Oath was administered, as prescribed.
All of this has nothing to do with the November 2020 election.
E.g., The States several elections were simply ignored and the electors of choice were certified, regardless of the number of votes.
As to C-in-C, that is a difficult conundrum.
Biden, as POTUS is C-in-C.
That was proven yesterday by his orders to strike militarily.
The question remains whether some contingency was (was not) made to [through PEADs] to keep Grampa away from the nuclear appliance.
Lots of circumstantial evidence to say The Football is controlled by sane and sober people.
JB is obviously not sane. This reported outburst demonstrates a narcissistic ego maniac - a dangerous personality for a national leader. The Dems are foisting a frightening psy-op on us very effectively.
When JB became the Dem POTUS nominee in 2020, I posted here that the Dems wished to convey the message that they could nominate an ape, get it elected and nothing could be done about it. That deception continues to sandpaper our sensitivities. Along with that operation we find the Dem Party totally monolithic❗ No Dem dare veer off from the party objective if such would jeopardize the success of the plan.
Most folks see that JB is only ceremonially the leader of the country, but there is no clearly identified figure to aim criticism towards. The POTUS staff are presented as relatively minor officials, not prime movers.
It has been a very effective psy-op. At present opposition is focused on Alejandro Mayorkas; but it is uncertain that removing him from his post would change anything. That sets up an accurate image of what we face with this current autocratic ruling structure. 😒
