Man, I have seen a lot of those safes.
Most of my guys had their own drawer to store work in progress. Mind you that these safes were already inside a SCIF.

If Mumbles actually had highly classified stuff at home, etc. wouldn’t he have had to sign for it? Shouldn’t there be a check sheet someplace with a whole lot of blank return lines. One doesn’t just meander into a controlled area and snag a few things to take home to read later. And he sure as bleep doesn’t get t0 drift down the hall to the Xerox machine to burn off a few copies. Seems to me there are some more people with heavy duty exposure to SloJoe’s paper collection?

Mind you that these safes were already inside a SCIF. Correct. Top Secret requires that the safe has to be within a room that is also locked with a heavy-duty lock - overnight. A cipher or biometric lock during the work day. This within a facility with a armed-guard-protected entrance. NOT A STUPID CARDBOARD BOX IN YOUR FLIPPIN GARAGE UNDERNEATH YOUR WORKBENCH!
When this story broke a few months ago, he even had the nerve to say, "The garage door was always locked!" As if that was sufficient! And most people accepted that response!!! AND HE NEVER HAD THE AUTHORITY TO POSSESS THOSE DOCUMENTS OUTSIDE THE WHITEHOUSE - PERIOD! WAKE UP AMERICA!!! PITTS OFF!
