This Hur guy, by claiming Mumbles is too nutsy to prosecute, just made the case for 25ing the the old gas bag. The dims can’t have it both ways for long. Trying to prosecute Trump for a tiny bit of the same thing is also acknowledging Trump is sane enough to prosecute, even if the classified charges aren’t close to true.

It’s the old double standard rule: If not for double standards the dims wouldn’t have any at all?

Yeah, that depends (CWIDT?) on Kamala not being 187’d when she brings up the 25th.

The Special Counsel’s report exposing that Joe Biden’s mental decline is so severe that he can not stand trial means he is unfit for office.

We must demand either the 25th amendment be invoked or impeachment.

My joint statement with @SteveScalise, @GOPMajorityWhip, and
@RepStefanik regarding the Special Counsel report:

The Special Counsel’s finding that President Biden ‘willfully retained and disclosed classified materials’ and engaged in practices that ‘present serious risks to national security’ is deeply disturbing.

Not only does it demonstrate the President’s recklessness, but exposes a two-tiered system of justice that is indicting one President with politically motivated charges while carrying water for another amid similar allegations.

Among the most disturbing parts of this report is the Special Counsel’s justification for not recommending charges: namely that the President’s memory had such ‘significant limitations’ that he could not convince a jury that the President held a ‘mental state of willfulness’ that a serious felony requires.

A man too incapable of being held accountable for mishandling classified information is certainly unfit for the Oval Office.

Special counsel Robert Hur has declined to prosecute President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents but said in a report released Thursday that Biden’s practices “present serious risks to national security” and added that part of the reason he wouldn’t charge Biden was that the president could portray himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” who would be sympathetic to a jury.

“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” the report said, but added that the evidence “does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”

The report from Hur — who previously appointed by former President Donald Trump as one of the country’s top federal prosecutors — also made clear the “material distinctions” between a theoretical case against Biden and the pending case against Trump for his handling of classified documents, noting the “serious aggravating facts” in Trump’s case.

Biden said in a statement after the report became public that he was “pleased to see they reached the conclusion I believed all along they would reach — that there would be no charges brought in this case and the matter is now closed,” adding that he “cooperated completely, threw up no roadblocks, and sought no delays.”

Hur’s report included several shocking lines about Biden’s memory, which the report said “was significantly limited” during his 2023 interviews with the special counsel. Biden’s age and presentation would make it more difficult to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that the now-81-year-old was guilty of willfully committing a crime.

I don’t think that the 25th comes in to effect until “They” get rid of “Camel Toe” ala Tricky Dick and Spiro...Ford.

It's been a busy news day and it's not over yet. We just entered a constitutional crisis with the news that Biden is guilty of having top secret documents in his possession and not authorized to have them as VP but can't stand trial because he has dementia. Sounds like the Hillary treatment from James Comey.

According to the prosecutor report he didn't even remember when he was VP and what year his son died.

Ah, but the 'Rats vigorously defending Bitem's mental competency opens the door for a great impeachment 'trial' against The Joe. The DoJ has provided proof positive that Joe committed a crime! The DoJ just declined to prosecute a confused elderly old man.

Now that the Dems are denying that Joe has competency difficulties, impeachment is the next step. The human filth Demo'Rats can't argue Joe's vulnerability without admitting he is incapable of performing his duties. We have a documented crime charged by The Joe's own DoJ! Of course add the crimes of violating immigration laws, violating a SCOTUS ruling regarding student loan forgiveness, whatever else looks proper.

I posted this repeatedly on X and TS this afternoon, including to Marjorie Taylor Green. This should be obvious to anyone willing to continue the fight against the rottenest political party that ever existed. The Dems started a 'civil war' in 1860 and they don't mind starting one now. They are not a legitimate political party; they envision themselves as the totalitarian masters of an inadequate social system, and are doing everything that they can to destroy our Republic, including even molesting our children❗ 😬
