The CO lawyer gives the game away. And reminds us why we HAVE to hold the House.
KJB asks what happens if we rule against you?
He said it is up to Congress to NOT count the Electoral votes.

Since the ’90s, more Americans have added chapels to their homes as dedicated rooms or separate buildings on their property where they can pray or hold ceremonies like weddings and baptisms, said Duncan Stroik, professor of architecture at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and the founding editor of the Sacred Architecture Journal. Usually, homeowners who add chapels to their home are not looking to replace their primary place of worship but to create a physical, personalized reminder of religion’s place in their family, he said.

Wow! America turning to God! A place in our homes or yards to pray...

:: Can they refuse to accept the electors ::

But only if the electors have \participated\ in an insurrection.
E.g., if they were involved with the January 6 protest.

Again, who decides that Jan 6 was an insurrection?
And why was that not offered \immediately\, during, or just after the protests?

Any legislation offered pursuant to the 14thA must include that declaration of insurgency was announced and that the electors in question, in some way, participated in it.

What we have is a political framing (”Catch-22”)
One that concludes that ANY political campaign that challenges the sitting administration is an insurrection against the State.
Voters of that campaign are insurrectionists.
