Right-wing media is burning red at Taylor Swift.
With the Kansas City Chiefs headed to Super Bowl LVIII, influential MAGA Media personalities have started circulating conspiracy theories about the pop superstar, promoting the deranged notion that she is part of a sprawling psychological operations plot staged by the NFL and Democratic Party to deliver the 2024 presidential election to President Joe Biden.
The attacks on Swift have been steadily building for weeks (see Fox News host Jesse Watters asking on his prime time program earlier this month if Swift is a “Pentagon asset,” for example), but it reached a fever pitch on Monday. The bad blood is related to Swift’s 2020 endorsement of President Joe Biden and the fact that Travis Kelce, the Chiefs tight end whom she is dating, participated in an advertising campaign for the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. A Monday story published by The New York Times, which noted Biden would like Swift’s endorsement again this year, added fuel to the fire.

I remember seeing a headline a few weeks ago stating something like Taylor Swift with her popularity could swing the election by endorsing either candidate (but the were leading towards Biden). That’s where this is coming from. Lefty’s hoping for a Biden landslide. No doubt, Taylor could have an effect given her fan base.
Trumps all cap rants about Taylor Swift and muh polls! are what the current crop of republican voters want.

This is so ridiculous. We all know she’ll endorse Biden, she’s found a new beau (a man, not a wimp), she has a great career, makes more money than God, and is happy. Not a fan of her music but have become hooked on the Kelce brother’s podcast, The Heights.
As long as they’re registering illegals to vote, using mail in voting, Dominion voting machines, and thugs bringing in hundreds of thousands of ballots to be counted in the dead of night, the democrats will win with a landslide.

Indeed . If someone gave me free Stupor Bowl tickets I wouldn’t walk across the street to see the game, although I would do so to scalp the tickets for an obscene price. As for Ms. Swift, I wouldn’t be able to identify one of her songs if offered a million dollars. Now, I’m sure I’ve heard one, as pop culture seems to invade everything, I just wouldn’t have known it was her.
Hopefully it’s a joke. I know very little about Taylor Swift. Plenty of ambitious Democratic women older than 35 who would not let some celebrity airhead get preferred to themselves. I don’t know that Swift is an airhead...but no evidence to the contrary either.
