Purdy was outstanding last night. Not showy at all, but he puts his head down and gets the job done. His situational awareness is amazing. If he plays like that during the Super Bowl, 49ers will win.

Olson never learned that bit of wisdom. Baseball is a little different game than football, and back in the day they didn't have the third member of the broadcast team doing reports from below the broadcast booth, but it's tedious to hear someone who just wants to hear himself talk.
