They are quitting because if you are a white, male, heterosexual, conservative you cannot get promoted or even in some case get hired in the first place.

DEI, struggle sessions, mandatory White Privilege seminars, etc, create a hostile working environment whose targets have no right to point out how hostile it is. Of course they’re opting out.
In the USA, lack of white participation means deterioration and collapse, period. The others, at least in the USA, are wholly incapable of administering anything.
