>>Season to taste Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
************************************************************
Hi LP, for moderate heat, could you give me a ballpark range of how much quantity to try at first? Teaspoons, tablespoons, measuring cups?

Thank you very much!

If using Tony’s Creole, omit any salt additions until the very end and definitely after tasting.

You would be better seasoning a bowl of chili a little at a time to your taste rather than trying to season a whole pot.

I use Tony's Seasoning w/ extra heat and don't find it that spicy. The #1 ingredient is salt.

Since neither of us should be consuming any unnecessary salt I didn't add any. There was plenty of salt in the canned tomatoes, beans, and Worcestershire sauce. I use the liquid in the beans because I want the added flavor.

If you just want fire, sprinkle some cayenne on your chili until you like the bite.
