So if someone robs a bank breaking the law and never gets caught and prosecuted, we therefore should not do everything we can to prevent another person from robbing a bank. There is not precedent when the law has been broken by the first event.

Your bank robbery analogy is an interesting one. However, 99% of the public would agree on just what a bank robbery is. Unfortunately, that is not the case when it comes to the definition of “natural born”.

For good or for bad, when things get murky the courts rely on precedence. And a precedence has been set. The voters thought Obama was eligible. And so we got a president whose first allegiance was certainly not to the United States.

I’m not happy with this. The Founders wisely tried to minimize foreign influence when selecting a President. Yet here we are. And I don’t see it changing.
