I work with people at Kwaj, and zoom meet with them several times each week. I had not heard anything about this by COB (EST) Friday, and will not be back in touch till Tuesday. It does seem odd. Any nuclear material at Kwaj might be small amounts used in cross-field amplifier tubes used in some radars (like Patriot.) or something similar. There are no nuclear plants or weapons there. None.
Hazardous with potential loss of life? That’s some serious radiation if it’s true.
Did someone lose some Cobalt-60 or something?

Leftovers from the nuclear testing many decades ago?
