Every time you have been sick with a virus in the past, your own body made virus mRNA. The trillions of microorganisms that live in your body also contain quite a bit of mRNA. Have you ever worried about the effects of foreign mRNA in your body before? Why are you only worried about foreign mRNA now? Oh, yeah, because some professional antivax charlatans who hate conservatives and want to sell more snake oil told you to worry.
