THAT is what I would have done. This has been going on for a long time.

Strict gun laws, unequally enforced. President, military, police largely Muslim.

Government forces show up after massacres, not during. Don’t stop convoys of armed men in jeeps.

Because they have been disarmed. Often by their government.

And if they do then the world takes notice, and sends in the "In-ter-NAT-ional Co-Muni-ty" (aka the UN) to restore the natural balance of mohammedans killing Christians. Oh, and child prostitution hits highs previously unseen.
