A lot of people who refuse to judge others’ souls and refuse to assume the condemnation of others to ‘Hell’, are following the Bible:

If they profess themselves to be followers of Christ you better judge agaist the Scriptures/harmful behavior. However to your point, if not a believer, leave it to God. Christ promoted a strong Church in this temporal world, not a weak one that follows modern depraved “sensibilities” afraid to offend the world. Scripture is filled with calls to judge certain individuals, proper context and comprehension is required. God wants a strong civilization to work with and multiply. We keep shooting ourselves "in the foot" though.
