I read a long time ago that we cannot remake a Saturn V rocket, as all the drawings were on paper vellum and were discarded......................
I'm pretty sure that there are enough smart rocket scientists in the U.S. that can recreate the Saturn rockets, but even if not, we car recreate the moon landers and send them to orbit and to the moon with current rockets
Old technology and old science are not beyond the current minds. But still, getting to the moon doesn't have to be as complicated as it's being out to be.

Yes we could create a new Saturn VI rocket, but it would have to be from scratch. Blank sheet of paper/computer screen.
All the tooling, test jigs and fixtures would have to be recreated as well...............
