I bake quite often and pay more for KA bread flour and all purpose flour.

Same here. I don’t buy bread, I make my own. I paid more for KA but no more.
It’s hard to find unbleached, non-enriched, high protein flour. I think I’ll buy any unbleached, non-enriched AP flour and add gluten.
Same here...I will find a new flour.
Let them know. If you're getting catalogs from them, tell them to stop sending them. Or, continue to accept them but put them in file 13, so they are out the postage to deliver them.
