Same here. I don’t buy bread, I make my own. I paid more for KA but no more.

It’s hard to find unbleached, non-enriched, high protein flour. I think I’ll buy any unbleached, non-enriched AP flour and add gluten.

I’ve been using Einkhorn berries/flour, for the little bit of bread baking (and, other baking) I do, now.
