I did a quick look at this paper. Perez found in the covid injections:
Longitalea arenae gen. nov., sp.
found in the soils of China deserts. Family of the Chitinophagaceae Bacteria. (will look into later)

Parabacteroides bouchesdurhonensis is a bacterium from the genus of Parabacteroides which has been isolated from human faeces. (Well that's nice)

It seems this Bacteria was used as a Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) is a class of phospholipids similar to how lecithin is used as a lipid. In this case the bacteria forms a head of the protein in order to give it more viscous lipid membrane.
In other words they likely had two lipid coating the S1S2 viral protein. This one and the Phospholipid Methoxypolyethylene glycol.

Pedobacter sp. PAMC26386 has two carbohydrate active enzymes (CAZymes) and α-L-arabinofuranosidase (α-L-ABF)
CAZymes is used in for carbohydrate degradation in a human gut.
α-L-ABF degradation of arabinoxylan(plant cell walls) and arabinan(similar to Pectin/used to brake down glucose)
