Quercetin is a multiple P450 inhibitor. It is also P-gp inhibitor which is what protects the blood brain barrier.

For any of you that have dogs that can’t take Ivermectin because of their gentic issue ( such as border collies) the same thing can play out in humans with a genetic defect in the gene that helps maintain the blood/brain barrier.

It can cause neuro toxic issues in humans.

I maintain that given how hard it was for me to discover my genetic drug issues...there are going to be many here who have them but just dont know it yet..and may never now it if they dont get thorough genetic testing.

I have had “official” testing where they don’t test you for as many variants and unofficial testing that tests for emerging variants.

NONE of my regular Doctors know jack about the issue other than they have heard of P450. LOLOLOL

said, "Quercetin is a multiple P450 inhibitor."

i can't find any information showing this. That seems backward from how it functions. I doubt this part.

"Quercetin is also P-gp inhibitor"
Again i can't find any information on this. Though i do know it effects ATP production. Which p-gp inhibitor would do. good offset for that is Melatonin.

Either way if this is true or not Quercetin and HCQ should NOT be used as a preventative. only when you have symptoms. I can list many issues that has negative effects which shows they should not be used on a regular bases.
