"Jaymar Sansabelt slacks" Ahh...I remember those. (No suspenders though.)

Sansabelt slacks didn't come with suspenders. I tossed suspenders in because they were similar to Sansabelt slacks in overcoming the discomfort of an expanding waistline.
I use to wear suspenders for comfort (I rarely took my suit coat off, so I couldn't say it was for style).
I spent a lot of time flying in my career and to compensate for the bloating caused by flying, I would wear baggy trousers with suspenders. Unbelievably comfortable.

Had a good laugh at all the advance pictures showing it off, as every one is populated with photoshopped people who are all thin, toned, and look like models.
Reality will be very different...

the Gerald R Ford can wipe out a city the size of Shanghai in about 20 minutes.

I am with you on that. I would rather pay more to be on one of those smaller ships that only have 250-450 passengers. You probably would be second guessing your decision if the ship hits 20-30+ foot waves.

Oh, I know. I had several pair of Sansabelt slacks and loved them...so comfortable. Of course, that was when I was slim. When my gut started flowing over the waistline...I parked them in my closet. Sigh...

I had a pair too. My dad gave them to me because I admired his.
Loved 'em. Very comfortable

I don’t think carriers have nukes. The subs do...and the Air Force does, both in bombers and in silos in the Dakotas and Montana.

Sorry, what is repositioning? Thanks for all that info. I have always been curious about cruises.

A single Trident sub can remove the entire landmass of China for less money. True enough. But Trident subs don't have a lot in common with Caribbean cruise ships.

Whenever that movie is on, there’s always a good scene coming up shortly, so we usually end up watching the rest of it again. Don’t know how many times I’ve seen it.
