He sure did! 4 years with nobody trying to obstruct him or sabotage him! He didn’t have an uphill battle at all, trying to squeeze financing out of anywhere he could. No lawsuits, no curveballs from the left, nothing but clear sailing for him. The dems and rinos all were on board with his wall and happy to help him fulfill that promise. Even Mexico was 100% behind the effort. He has no excuse.
