And the NGOs coordinating the migrants are indoctrinating them to believe that evil white people are the cause of all their problems.

We are importing hoards that have been trained to hate white people. How is that supposed to work out?

They need to tax remittances 50%, or stop them altogether

Oh, the Heroic Hope of Central America, that Daniel Ortega?

Real hopeful. Maybe Lurch could 'splain it all to us.

Sounds like they need to be taxed heavily.

I was in Nicaragua over a decade ago. I saw donkey carts delivering construction sites in the capitol city. Just outside of the major towns, I saw huge numbers of people living a subsistence peasant farmer life. The poverty at the time was overwhelming.

We hired a guide and got to know him quite well, he was college educated, but the best job he could get was working with tourists and getting “hard currency” from them. He told us about a brother who had left Nicaragua to live and work in Costa Rico and their eco-tourist industry. His brother did this so he could send money back to the family and his wife and children. It was hard on everyone, but it helped them all survive economically.

What is happening is not new, but been the norm for a long time in Nicaragua.

So, do they send their welfare checks and government handouts home?

America’s woke Democrats and deep-state have given him a knife to stab the USA, and he’s gonna use it.

It has been a while since I mentioned this book by Shirley Christian: Nicaragua - A Revolution in the Family. It is a fantastic read. She describes the epitome of Socialism, Communism. Before Ortega took over the first time, there were thriving Farmers Markets in the big cities and little towns/villages. Farmers and ranchers would bring their products to sell and barter. The day after the commies took power, no farmer markets anymore. All the food was now the “people’s food.” Just like in every other socialist hell hole, the commies get to live in the lap of luxury. Any farmer who was found to have more than he ‘needed’ was arrested and labeled as a hoarder.
