You could binge-watch all three seasons of Dead to Me with Christina Applegate. We just watched it last week.
The third season in real life she had contracted MS and her appearance was drastically different, but she was a trooper and finished the third season in extreme pain. She will probably never act again.

“You could binge-watch all three seasons of Dead to Me with Christina Applegate.”
I don’t know that one. “Dead Like Me” was an amusing, undemanding series from the turn of the century, so were “Wonderfalls” and “Pushing Daisies” from the same people.
“Supernatural” is also alright. It falls off considerably in the later seasons, but gosh, they made an lot of shows.
“What We Do in the Shadows” is funny. I noticed this year that the actor who plays Laszlo was also in the British comedy series “The IT Crowd” which is also enjoyable. “Dead Pixels” was also one of many funny British shows.
That’s lighter stuff (except maybe for “Supernatural”). If you want something heavier, there are a lot of Scandinavian and French cop shows out there.
