Christie is positioning himself for a slot on the Democrat ticket, possibly as VP, for a "ticket of national unity." This would help isolate Trump by putting an anti-Trump Republican on the ticket with Biden, or more likely, Newsom.

Big Pharma will try to block this because Canada like the UK has government control healthcare, whereas the US citizen pays for other countries ‘free’ healthcare via high medicine costs.

The Democrats have a weak bench. If Biden steps aside, Newsom and Whitmer have their own problems, and Harris is a non-starter no matter how hard the MSM tries to make her look good.
Christie would be a good presidential nominee for the Democrats after a major public party switch. Their bench is pretty strong for a VP slot.

After searching for more info, this may be the actual incident, which was a mass riot/looting situation, and the cops decided to put an end to it.
