I've read that anti-psychotic drugs are a common factor in all the cases you've mentioned. There are people that argue the medications these people used actually *MAKE* you psychotic.
Perhaps someone more familiar with this argument will chime in?

We could start with Serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors.
That would cover more than half of the incidences.
Another large percentage would be near-retards guided into it by feds.
By the time one has waded through all that crap there would be a few more waiting in the wings for a visit from their “FriEnD.”
Lets not leave out our impulsive friends pulling pistols over a garden hose or some chicken nuggets...
